The growth mindset [module] was helpful! As a teacher, I work on this with my students every day, but seeing how it can be put into action with my healthy lifestyle changes was eye-opening- thank you!
In the past I did lose weight but obviously it just came back on. [With this program] I was able to stop being obsessed with calories/point and being on a diet. I’m exploring new foods. I honestly feel that this time next year I will be lighter and will be maintaining that weight. Thank you so much!
